Sun Moon Lake Featured Study Abroad Center (Ponyah Bay) Introduction
The Sun Moon Lake Characteristic Study Center is located within the Sun Moon Lake National Scenic Area and was formerly Guangming Elementary School. After the school was merged in 2008, the Sun Moon Lake National Scenic Area Administration actively sought to revitalize the school site, transforming it into the Sun Moon Lake Characteristic Study Center. In 2023, it was operated by the Chiai Music Culture Foundation, which has long been dedicated to arts and cultural education and promotion. The center will introduce local experimental educational institutions and performing arts groups from Nantou and organize lifestyle and music experience camps. It is hoped that in this tranquil natural environment, music, nature, and culture can return to their simplicity and integrate back into everyone's lives.
