Sun Moon Lake Specialty Study Center (Ponia Bay) Introduction
The Sun Moon Lake Characteristic Study and Travel Center is located within the Sun Moon Lake National Scenic Area and was formerly Guangming Elementary School. After the school was merged in 2008, the Management Office actively sought to revitalize the site, transforming it into the Sun Moon Lake Characteristic Study and Travel Center. In 2023, it was operated by the Chien Ai Music Cultural Foundation, which has been dedicated to arts and cultural education and promotion. The center will introduce local experimental education institutions and performing arts groups from Nantou, and will organize life and music experience camps. It aims to bring music, nature, and culture back to simplicity within this tranquil natural environment, returning them to everyone's daily life.
