Liangshan Waterfall Introduction
Liangshan Waterfall is located next to County Road 185 in Maja Township, upstream of Donggang Stream at the junction of Niu Jiao Bay Stream. It is divided into three tiers, with the first tier being the smallest, where the water flows gently and forms a pool at the bottom. Due to its accessibility without the need for extensive hiking, it attracts many visitors on weekends. The second and third tiers can be reached via a mountain path, which is quite challenging and suitable for enjoying the stream and observing the stones. In the early morning, many wild birds often inhabit the area. During the peak water flow season, the third tier is spectacular, with the thundering sound of water audible from afar. As one gets closer, the mist in the valley can be felt, along with the impressive power of the waterfall. It is recommended to stay for about 40 minutes, and if you have enough stamina, you can hike up to the top tier waterfall to experience the refreshing feel surrounded by the forest.
