Liangshan Waterfall Introduction
Liangshan Waterfall is located along County Road 185 in Majiab Township, upstream of Donggang Creek at Niu Jiao Bay Creek. It is divided into three tiers, with the first tier being the smallest in scale, featuring gentle water flow that forms a pool at the base of the waterfall. Due to its accessibility, it attracts many visitors on weekends. The second and third tiers can be reached by hiking up the mountain path, which is quite challenging and suitable for enjoying the stream and observing the rocks. In the early morning, various wild birds often inhabit the area. During times of abundant water flow, the third tier presents a spectacular sight, with the sound of rushing water audible from a distance. As one approaches, the mist in the valley and the impressive force of the waterfall can be felt. It is recommended to spend about 40 minutes at the site, and for those with sufficient stamina, it is worth hiking up to the top tier to experience the refreshing atmosphere surrounded by the mountains and forest.
