Fude Watermill Park Introduction
The Fude Waterwheel Park is a must-visit destination along the North Coast and is the largest waterwheel park among the six waterwheel cultural landscape parks in Sanzhi. The park is located to the south of the Sanzhi commercial area, opposite the Sanzhi Visitor Center, covering an area of nearly 0.6 hectares. The main attractions include a large wooden guided waterwheel, a wooden waterwheel in front of the Tudigong Temple, an ecological sedimentation pond, a scenic bridge, wooden relaxation platforms, walking paths around the park, and various plants. It combines three major themes: "tourism," "ecology," and "health," allowing visitors to enjoy the pure atmosphere of the mountains and forests amidst vibrant greenery and life. Along the walking paths, besides the large wooden guided waterwheel powered by an elevated waterway, there is also a sedimentation pond that maintains clean water sources. Visitors can appreciate a diverse array of waterwheel landscapes and colorful plants that change with the seasons. The waterwheel landscapes scattered throughout Sanzhi revolve slowly and quietly along the water, telling the story of early agricultural development while adding an atmosphere of tranquility and intellect.
