Fude Watermill Park Ecological Park Introduction
The Fude Waterwheel Park, which opened on March 11, 2006, is the largest waterwheel park in the Sanjhih waterwheel cultural landscape. It is located on the southern side of the bustling area in Sanjhih District, directly across from the Sanjhih Visitor Center, covering an area of nearly 0.6 hectares. Along the walking path around the park, visitors can see a large guided wooden waterwheel powered by an elevated aqueduct, as well as a sedimentation pool that helps maintain clean water. The park offers a diverse array of waterwheel landscapes and vibrant plants that change with the seasons. Crossing the red landscape bridge provides a view of the scenic banks of the Pahmian River. This place combines three main themes: tourism, ecology, and health. Visitors can enjoy the pure air of the mountains and forests, surrounded by lush greenery and vitality. The waterwheel landscapes scattered throughout Sanjhih turn slowly and gracefully, reminiscent of the early agricultural development's journey and traces, while also providing a serene and intellectual atmosphere.
