In 2000, he engaged in the timber trade, briefly lived in Shanghai, and had dreams of becoming wealthy in Mainland China, but compared to the two sides, Taiwan has always been his favorite. In 2002, to seek the ideal living environment he dreamed of as a child, away from the hustle and bustle, he traveled from Taipei to Xizhi to Tamsui, finally choosing Sanzhi. Texas is the largest state in the Southern United States and the second largest state in the country, famous for its beef production. Here, "simplicity" and "ruggedness" enhance the enjoyment of food, with barbecue being a signature feature.
