Jinhu Leisure Agricultural Zone Introduction
Bicycle Touring in Jinhu: Experience the Diversity of Fishing Village Culture The Jinhu Leisure Agriculture Area is located on both sides of Provincial Highway 17, centered around the local religious site, Wanshan Temple. The area expands outward, planning a connection between the agricultural and fishery specialty products, scenic resources, ecological resources, and cultural resources belonging to Kouhu Township. The park features a bike path recreation route, rich natural scenery, and diverse local industries. Starting from Wanshan Temple in Jinhu, the route goes through the Ma Tie Clams Theme Pavilion, then to the Jinhu Coastal Recreation Area, following the coastal bike path and waterfront walkway of Kouhu Township. It connects to Route 17 and County Road 164 toward Minghu Fishing Area, traditional food shops, and Hsiang Yi Foods, then via Yun Road 142, ultimately returning to Wanshan Temple. Along the way, in addition to enjoying coastal and wetland landscapes, visitors can also experience a variety of industry activities, such as rafting in fish ponds, clamming and washing pants, clam and shell DIY, braised mullet roe with 58-degree liquor, handmade rice noodle DIY, and the joys of fishing at Minghu. This area offers a distinct recreational agricultural and fishery experience, different from mountain or plain landscapes.
