Jinhu Leisure Agriculture Area Introduction
Cycling in Jinhu, Experience the Diverse Fishing Village Culture. The Jinhu Leisure Agricultural Area is located along both sides of Provincial Highway 17, centered around the local religious site, Wanshan Temple. It is planned to connect the agricultural and fishery specialty products, landscape resources, ecological resources, and cultural resources of Kouhu Township. The area features recreational routes with bike paths, abundant natural scenic resources, and diverse regional industries. Starting from Wanshan Temple in Jinhu, the route includes the Matsu Clam Museum, Jinhu Coastal Recreation Area, and follows the Kouhu Township coastal bike path and waterfront trail. It connects to Provincial Highway 17 and County Road 164, leading to Minghu Fishing Ground, traditional food shops, and Xiangyi Food. The route then goes along Yun Road 142, ultimately returning to Wanshan Temple. Along the way, visitors can enjoy coastal and wetland landscapes, and experience various industrial activities such as boating in fish ponds, clam digging while washing clothes, DIY clam and shell crafts, grilling Mullet roe with 58-degree sorghum liquor, DIY handmade rice noodles, and the fun of fishing at Minghu. It is a leisure agricultural and fishing park that offers a different experience from mountainous and plain landscapes.
