Beimen Bicycle Path Introduction
Beimen Bicycle Path is a cycling route rich in salt industry history and culture, with a length of approximately 3 kilometers. Along the way, visitors can admire scenic salt lakes, bamboo salt drying areas, salt field ruins, mangroves, wetland ecology, and Beimen Lagoon up close. Most sections of the bike path are paved with asphalt, equipped with safety railings, interpretation panels, and signposts, ensuring a comfortable and safe riding experience for travelers. The path also features shaded pavilions, leisure seating, and birdwatching platforms, allowing for a pause to enjoy the beautiful sunset over the salt fields at dusk, and in winter, there’s a chance to witness thousands of black-faced spoonbills flying together. There are many popular attractions nearby along the bike path, such as Beimen Wedding Photo Site, Crystal Church, and Qianlaiye General Store, where bike rental services are available, allowing visitors to rent bicycles and enjoy the coastal views and sea breeze along the Beimen Bicycle Path.
