Beimen Bicycle Path Introduction
The Beimen Bicycle Path is a bicycle trail rich in salt industry history and culture, with a total length of about 3 kilometers. Along the way, visitors can enjoy close views of the scenic salt lakes, bamboo salt fields, salt field ruins, mangroves, wetland ecology, and the Beimen Lagoon. Most segments of the bicycle path are paved with AC asphalt, featuring safety railings, informational signs, and directional signage, ensuring a comfortable and safe riding experience for travelers. The path also includes shaded pavilions, leisure seating, and birdwatching platforms, where one can pause at dusk to admire the beautiful sunset over the salt fields, and in winter, the opportunity to see flocks of thousands of black-bellied tern soaring. Located nearby the bicycle path are many popular attractions, such as Beimen Wedding Photography Site, Crystal Church, and the Qianlaiye Grocery Store, which offers bicycle rental services, allowing visitors to rent bicycles and enjoy the coastal scenery and sea breeze along the Beimen Bicycle Path.
