Xiongshi Fortress is located on the right side of the Wujiang exit, specifically in front of the right side of the Fujian Provincial Government. This area was originally a ferry point for Houping, historically known as "Tong'an Dock." The coastal area nearby connects from the seaside to the high terrace outside the west gate of Jincheng (now the site of Kinmen Senior High School), which also served as a cemetery.
