Ahsu Lamb Hot Pot Introduction
"The best lamb," "fresh, tender, and free of gamey taste," is the operating principle of Ah Hsiu Lamb Shop. The dipping sauce is primarily made of whole fermented tofu and chili sauce, mixed by the customers themselves. Ah Hsiu Lamb was founded by Yang Song-Xiong in 1981. In addition to lamb hot pot, the signature dishes include ginger and sesame oil stir-fried lamb liver, boiled three-layer pork, stir-fried lamb organs with shredded ginger and pickled mustard greens, and stir-fried lamb tripe with celery, all freshly prepared and hygienic, with the restaurant emphasizing a "guarantee." The secret to the shop's deliciousness lies in the careful selection of lamb, choosing castrated males between 9 months to 1 year old, with the belief that this yields the most flavorful meat.
