Located directly across from Jiji Train Station, the first floor showcases agricultural specialty products, while the second floor features the original Kitchen of the Train Head. One of the most impressive signature dishes is the bamboo shoot cuisine, including dishes like braised pork with dried bamboo shoots, crispy bamboo shoot rib soup, bamboo shoot fish soup, fish with bamboo shoots in sauce, and sesame oil bamboo shoots. In the 1950s, rural areas faced material shortages, and fish and meat were only available during holidays; thus, when the aroma of dried bamboo shoots mingled with the scent of braised pork filled the air, it felt like the essence of the New Year was approaching, a taste filled with happiness and joy.
