Years ago, the township office subsidized the cultivation of Aiyu seedlings, and Aiyu was planted along the Beilailiao River. In 2001, Aiyu began to be harvested. The owner, in conjunction with the tourism development of Wutai Township, launched a local delicacy unique to Wutai Township—Aiyu ice. Here, you can enjoy large and chewy Aiyu while also learning about its growth environment and production process. The shop exclusively offers millet Aiyu ice, which has received great acclaim.
