Rong Ji Hakka Tuan Yuan - Wuchang Store Introduction
The owner, being Hakka herself, wanted to enjoy an authentic bowl of Hakka tangyuan in Hsinchu, so she decided to open a shop specializing in traditional Hakka tangyuan. Starting from a small shop of 3-4 ping, she didn't expect the business to thrive, leading to the opening of a second branch (Nanda branch) to promote Hakka cuisine. Since the Wuchang branch (the main store) is located in the city center, where parking can be challenging, the owner opened a branch on Nanda Road for the convenience of customers wanting to enjoy Hakka tangyuan.
