Rongji Hakka Tangyuan - Wuchang Branch Introduction
The owner, being Hakka herself, wanted to enjoy an authentic bowl of Hakka tangyuan in Hsinchu, so she decided to open a small shop specializing in Hakka tangyuan starting from a tiny space of around 3 to 4 pings. To her surprise, it became very popular, and she opened a second branch (Nanda Branch) to promote Hakka cuisine. Since the Wuchang Branch (main store) is located in the city center and parking is inconvenient, the owner opened the branch on Nanda Road to provide easier access for customers wanting to enjoy Hakka tangyuan.
