He gradually developed healthy and delicious jams and dried fruits, and later created fresh fruit yogurt, which boasts vibrant colors, fresh flavors, and layered fruit fragrances, crafting a dreamy delight in yogurt! Initially, the people of Chiayi were not very receptive to the tangy taste of yogurt, so owner Ke personally visited various schools and companies in Chiayi, promoting his products through free tastings. From customer feedback, he gradually figured out how to adjust the recipe, developing yogurt flavors that delay the sourness, which both children and adults come to love, thereby gradually increasing its recognition. What was initially a supporting role in the shop has now become the star! The handmade yogurt complies with SGS certification standards, ensuring fresh deliciousness from source control. This commitment includes working with dedicated dairy farmers to guarantee the quality and flavor of the fresh milk used. This year, they also partnered with small farmers to cultivate hibiscus flowers, with the seeds harvested from their own planting last year.
