Bi Du La Art & Design is located at No. 404, Gonghe Road, Chiayi City. It was founded by an illustrator and a cultural creative enthusiast. This location is near popular tourist attractions such as the Hinoki Village and Beimen Station. Through the application for the revitalization and reuse subsidy program of old buildings, it aims to provide more people with opportunities to appreciate artistic activities in historical houses, leading more individuals in Chiayi to understand the culture of illustration and handicrafts. It also hopes to contribute to the creative development of old houses along Gonghe Road, Beimen Station, and Beimen Railway Station.
