A Tea House Introduction

Shin He Feng Delicious Aesthetics is located beside the Beimen Station in the Hinoki Village, continuing the cultural heritage of Japanese dormitory style with a strong Japanese flavor. It is designed as a Japanese-style dining hall, perfect for a short break during your travels. The entrance features tatami mats and a Japanese Zen style, creating a simple and elegant atmosphere that reflects the local culture. Large windows bring in natural scenery and light, offering a pleasant view of Hinoki Village and adding to the Japanese ambiance. This place is not just a dining hall but also a tea house. The menu includes authentic dishes like okonomiyaki and Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki, as well as Japanese red bean soup, which has a rich flavor that is neither too sweet nor too greasy. The dishes are served in locally handcrafted ceramic bowls made by a master potter from Chiayi, combining taste and tactile experience. Freshly baked Japanese grilled mochi is paired with carefully selected Japanese soybean flour and self-roasted brown sugar, allowing you to enjoy a serene experience that feels like a mini trip to Japan. Recommended dishes: Red bean soup, Alishan cold brew tea.
