A Tea House Introduction

Shin He Feng Delicious Aesthetics is located next to Huai Yi Forest Village and Beimen Station. It continues the cultural heritage of Japanese dormitories with a strong Japanese style, creating a Japanese-style eatery suitable for a short break during your travels. Upon entering, you'll find tatami mats and a Zen-like atmosphere, with a simple and elegant space that reflects local cultural style. Large windows allow natural scenery and light to flow into the space, offering a pleasant view of Huai Yi Forest Village, enhancing the Japanese flavor further. This place is not only a dining hall but also a tea house. In addition to authentic dishes such as Okonomiyaki and Hiroshima-style Okonomiyaki, they also serve Japanese red bean soup, which has a rich taste and is not overly sweet. The bowls used are locally crafted by a ceramic master from Chiayi, satisfying both taste buds and tactile experience. They offer freshly grilled Japanese grilled mochi paired with carefully selected Japanese soybean powder and homemade brown sugar, allowing you to enjoy the taste of Shin He Feng in a tranquil setting, almost like a small trip to Japan. Recommended dishes: red bean soup, Alishan cold brew tea.
