In a budget-friendly café, the prestigious hand-brewed coffee began when a fire destroyed Huang Huixue's home, leaving her with nothing. To help her regain her spirit and find purpose in life, her friends suggested opening a coffee shop, which led to her first encounter with coffee and reinforced her belief as a Christian that God had opened another window for her. "I find coffee very interesting, and I've gradually developed my own insights," Huang Huixue expresses her strong interest in studying coffee. Indeed, the iced drip coffee that she takes pride in was created through experimentation—since she couldn't afford expensive equipment, she used a similar principle with a drip cone, combining different drip speeds and water qualities to produce various flavors of iced coffee. "Pairing it with homemade banana brownies or passion fruit pound cake is a big treat," she confidently states. Furthermore, Huang Huixue is the first cup taster in Chiayi, having passed a rigorous five-day exam on her first attempt due to her passion for coffee and natural palate talent, a remarkable achievement that surprised her friends and family and strengthened her resolve to run a coffee shop.
