Golden Coast Live Shrimp House Introduction

Golden Coast has been operating in Yonghe for over ten years, and its seafood dishes are very popular among the residents of the Shuanghe area. Initially, the owner, Mr. Zhang, tasted these seafood dishes in Kaohsiung and found them delicious. After returning to Taipei, he explored the cooking process on his own, experimenting and tasting as he went, slowly developing his own flavor, leading to the opening of this Golden Coast. The seafood ingredients are sourced in partnership with suppliers from Pingtung in southern Taiwan, and the live shrimp are caught fresh and cooked immediately, ensuring freshness.
