No. 4 Park Liang's Traditional Brown Sugar Shaved Ice Introduction
Liang Ji Ice Shop on Anle Road is famous for its unique brown sugar ice block. Watching the owner take out a large piece of ice block made from rapid freezing and place it on the ice shaver, in no time, a bowl of shaved ice drizzled with fragrant brown sugar is served. The texture of the shaved ice is different from the usual ice shavings; the grains are not so coarse and do not require biting to break apart, sitting between the delicacy of finely shaved snow and the crunchiness of traditional shaved ice.
