Sanxia Lixikou Grilled Sausages Introduction
Among the few sausage shops on Chengfu Road, Li Xikou Black Pork Sausage in Sanxia is a renowned old shop with a very unique texture. On holidays, there are always crowds in front of the store, with people eating on the spot and waiting to buy some to take home, making the culinary fame of Li Xikou resonate far and wide. Boss Li started making sausages with black pigs from Sanxia over thirty years ago, selling them grilled by the roadside to passing tourists. Later, he introduced the only tendon-free black pork sausage in Taiwan, offering a total of seven flavors: original, spicy, black pepper, garlic, red yeast, five-spice, and sorghum liquor. With a unique ratio of fat to lean meat, each sausage is evenly oiled, resulting in truly delicious grilled sausages.
