Ouli Food Co., Ltd. was jointly established in 1985 in Taipei by Mr. Tabei Hayao, president of SUNMERRY Co., Ltd. from Japan, and Mr. Liao Dexiu among others. The first store is located at the intersection of Xinyi Road and Yongkang Street in Taipei and is named "Saint Mary." Over the years, it has become a landmark on Yongkang Street. With innovative products and Japanese-style service, it has brought a different dynamic to the Taiwanese baking market. Subsequently, additional branches were opened, including Nanjing Store, Minsheng Store, and MRT Store. In 2012, to provide customers with a fresh impression, Saint Mary underwent corporate repositioning and rebranding. All stores underwent significant renovations, upgrades, and repositioning. The logo features elements shaped like basic baked goods, with overlapping shapes that reflect Saint Mary's dedication to baking and the public. The star shape on top symbolizes the crowning of success, meaning Saint Mary's achievements in professionalism. The motto, "With the heart of Saint Mary, we touch the beautiful taste feast," signifies that Saint Mary aims to resonate with the public through the best flavors. The logo features the basic shape of baked goods, with overlapping forms representing St. Mary's dedication to baking and the public. The star shape above symbolizes the crowning of achievements, indicating St. Mary's professional success.
