Saint Mary Danish Bakery Estate Introduction
Olli Foods Co., Ltd. was jointly established in 1985 in Taipei by Mr. Tanehisa Tanabe, president of Japan's SUNMERRY Co., Ltd., and Mr. Liao Te-Hsiu, among others. The first store, named "Saint Mary," is located at the corner of Xinyi Road and Yongkang Street in Taipei and has become a landmark on Yongkang Street over the years. With innovative products and Japanese-style service, it has injected a different vibe into Taiwan's baking market. The logo uses the basic shape of baked bread as an element, with overlapping shapes reflecting Saint Mary's dedication to baking and the public; the star shape above symbolizes the crowning of achievements, indicating Saint Mary's professional accomplishments. "With the heart of Saint Mary, we touch the beautiful taste feast," symbolizes how Saint Mary uses the best flavors to touch the hearts of the public. In 2017, as Taiwan's baking market gained international recognition, Saint Mary has also achieved remarkable results in various competitions, and the overseas department has opened several stores in the United States, bringing the hometown flavors of Taiwan overseas.
