Sanxia Li Xi Kou Grilled Sausage Introduction
Among the several sausage shops on Chengfu Road, Sankeng Liqikou Black Pork Sausage is a renowned old store known for its unique texture. On holidays, the storefront is always bustling with customers standing to eat and waiting to buy some to take home, making Liqikou's culinary reputation well-known. Owner Li started selling sausages made from Sankeng's black-haired pigs over 30 years ago, grilling them by the roadside for passing tourists. Later, he introduced the only gluten-free black pork sausage in Taiwan, offering a total of seven flavors: original, spicy, black pepper, garlic, red yeast, five-spice, and sorghum wine. With a unique fat-to-lean ratio, each sausage has the perfect amount of juiciness, resulting in incredibly delicious grilled sausages.
