Sanxia Lixikou Grilled Sausage Introduction
Among the few sausage shops on Chengfu Road, Sanchia Li Xi Kou Black Pork Sausage is a well-known old shop that offers a particularly unique flavor. On holidays, the shop is always bustling with customers who stand and eat or wait to buy sausage to take home, making Li Xi Kou's culinary reputation resound. Owner Li started making sausages with Sanchia's black-haired pigs more than 30 years ago, grilling them by the roadside to sell to passing tourists. Later, he introduced the only tendon-free black pork sausage in Taiwan, with a total of seven flavors: original, spicy, black pepper, garlic, red yeast, five spice, and sorghum wine. With its unique fat-to-lean ratio, each sausage is juicily perfect, and the grilled sausages are truly delicious.
