Sanxia Lixikou Grilled Sausage Introduction
Among the several sausage shops on Chengfu Road, the black pig sausage from Li-Xi-Kou in Sanxia is a very special old sausage shop praised by food enthusiasts. On weekends, the shop is always crowded, with people standing to eat and waiting to buy sausages to take home, making the culinary reputation of Li-Xi-Kou quite well-known. The owner, Mr. Li, began stuffing sausages with Sanxia's black-haired pigs over thirty years ago, selling grilled sausages to tourists passing by. Later, he introduced the only gluten-free black pig sausage in Taiwan, offering seven flavors: original, spicy, black pepper, garlic, red yeast, five-spice, and sorghum wine. With a unique fat-to-lean ratio, each sausage is well-constructed, resulting in delicious grilled sausages.
