Tian Fang Tea House Introduction
Tian Fang Tea House, although a bit off the beaten path from Sanxia Old Street, is easily found right next to the main road on Chengfu Road. Currently run by the fourth-generation owner, Huang Zhengzhong, in addition to the locally famous Bi Luo Chun and black tea, the owner has recently revived the traditional pomelo tea over the past two years. This unique tea product is exclusive to Sanxia. When visiting Sanxia, be sure to find Mr. Huang and try his pomelo tea cake, which is made by stir-frying pomelo flesh with tea leaves using a special herbal formula—guaranteed to leave a lasting impression.
