Tianfang Tea House Introduction
Tianfang Tea House, although a bit remote from Sanxia Old Street, is conveniently located along the main road on Chengfu Road, making it easy to find. Currently managed by the fourth-generation owner, Huang Zhengzhong, the shop is famous for its local specialties, including Bi Luo Chun and black tea. In the past two years, the owner has reintroduced traditional pomelo tea, a unique tea product exclusive to Sanxia. When visiting Sanxia, be sure to stop by and try the pomelo tea cake, which is made by stir-frying pomelo flesh with a special herbal formula and tea leaves; it is guaranteed to leave a lasting impression.
