The Coffee Conscious Roastery has been in operation for over 6 years, specializing in various types of coffee and coffee beans. They insist on not selling food items to focus on the high quality of coffee. From selecting beans, roasting, brewing to tasting, everything is personally handled by the owner, Jerry Chang Wen-Wei. He serves as a dedicated judge for major coffee bean competitions in the country and various coffee contests, while also being a director of the Taipei Specialty Coffee Association.
