Coffee Conscious Roastery Introduction
The Coffee Conscious Roastery has been in operation for over 6 years, specializing in various types of coffee and coffee beans. They insist on not selling food items to focus on the high quality of their coffee. From bean selection, roasting, brewing to tasting, everything is handled by the owner, Jerry Chang Wen-Wei. He serves as a dedicated judge for various national coffee bean competitions and different types of coffee contests, and is also a board member of the Taipei Specialty Coffee Association.
