Coffee Conscious Roastery has been in operation for over 6 years, specializing in various types of coffee and coffee beans, insisting on not selling food items to focus on high-quality coffee. From selecting beans, roasting, brewing to tasting, everything is handled by the owner, Jerry Zhang Wenvuei. He serves as a dedicated judge in major coffee bean competitions in the country and various coffee competitions, while also holding a position as a director of the Taipei Specialty Coffee Association.
