The Coffee Conscious Roastery has been in operation for over 6 years, specializing in various types of coffee and coffee beans. By refusing to sell food items, they focus on delivering high-quality coffee. From selecting beans to roasting, brewing, and tasting, everything is handled by the owner, Jerry Zhang Wen-wei. He serves as a dedicated judge for major domestic coffee bean competitions, as well as various coffee contests, and is also a board member of the Taipei Specialty Coffee Association.
