The Coffee Awareness Roastery has been in operation for over 6 years, specializing in various types of coffee and coffee beans. The commitment to not selling food items is aimed at focusing on the high quality of the coffee. From selecting beans to roasting, brewing, and tasting, everything is handled by the owner Jerry Chang Wen-Wei, who serves as a dedicated judge for major coffee bean competitions in the country as well as various coffee contests. He also holds the position of director in the Taipei Specialty Coffee Association.
