The Coffee Conscious Roastery has been in operation for over 6 years, specializing in various types of coffee and coffee beans. They insist on not selling food items to focus on high-quality coffee. From selecting beans, roasting, brewing to tasting, all processes are handled by the owner, Jerry Zhang Wen-wei. He serves as a dedicated judge in major domestic coffee bean competitions and various coffee contests, and he is also a board member of the Taipei Specialty Coffee Association.
