Klin Teahouse Introduction
"Ke Lin Food Store" is a unique memory for the people of Tainan, having created many memorable products. One of its signature items is the "Eight Treasure Meat Bun," which has been sold since thirty-five years ago and is a masterpiece of the first-generation owner, Mr. Liu. Each New Year's Eve, the "head family grandmother" would prepare the Eight Treasure Meat Balls, which can be steamed, boiled, stir-fried, or deep-fried, making it a versatile ingredient. Mr. Liu improved the Eight Treasure Meat Balls to have a stronger flavor for better preservation, as refrigerators were not commonly used at the time. Each bun costs 15 NTD, and only 60 are sold per day, in limited supply.
