The shrimp used is "fire-roasted shrimp," processed to remove sand, ensuring freshness and crunchiness. This is complemented by the fragrant minced pork, along with a special sauce. Shop History: Established in the 39th year of the Republic of China at Dongmen Circle, the shop has now passed down to the third generation.
