A-Hsiu is a housewife who, due to her excellent cooking skills, has been asked by family and friends to make rice dumplings for over ten years. Customers even take her meat dumplings with them when they travel abroad, which has led to a loyal customer base both domestically and internationally. This inspired her to open a small shop. Here, you can taste authentic Tainan traditional meat dumplings that will leave you wanting more. The owner does not use soy sauce for seasoning; all the flavors of the dumpling are contained within. Each bite features melt-in-your-mouth premium pork belly, salted egg yolk, mushrooms, potatoes, and shallots. There are three flavors available: pure glutinous rice dumplings,五穀粽 (grain dumplings), and pumpkin dumplings. The traditional flavor of the glutinous rice dumplings, the aroma, chewiness, and sweetness of the pumpkin dumplings, and the five-grain dumplings for those who cannot eat glutinous rice are all worth trying!
