The "county" refers to the area around the County God Temple, and the "county fragrant cake" refers to the fragrant cakes from "Jiulaifaa." These fragrant cakes, which are difficult to obtain, may be something that rural people cannot afford, or it could imply that even if they eat them, they won't appreciate their taste. In short, fragrant cakes were considered a luxurious food at that time. "Jiulaifaa" still insists on using a traditional wood-burning red brick oven to make cakes and rice cakes. Their signature products include white sugar crisp cakes, Sashi cakes, crystal cakes, and black and white sugar fragrant cakes.
