Ke Yi Snack Introduction
Guozi is primarily made from rice, which is ground into rice flour. Water and sweet potato starch are added and heated while stirring. A small dish is used as a mold to pour the heated rice batter into, with stir-fried mushrooms, minced meat, or tuna placed in the middle. The top layer is then covered with more rice batter, and when cooled, it becomes guozi. When served, the guozi is pan-fried in hot oil, and adding an egg creates the delicious and tasty Guan Miao rice cake.
