Ke Yi Snacks Introduction
Guozi is primarily made from rice, which is ground into rice flour, then mixed with water and sweet potato starch and heated while stirring. Using small plates as molds, the heated rice mixture is poured in, with sautéed mushrooms, minced pork, or tuna filling placed in the middle, and more rice mixture is poured on top to cover it. Once cooled, it becomes Guozi. When served, it is fried in hot oil and topped with an egg, making the delicious and tasty Guanmiao rice cake.
