Ke Yi Snack Introduction
Guozi is primarily made from rice, which is ground into rice flour. The rice flour is mixed with water and sweet potato starch, then heated and stirred. The mixture is poured into small dishes, where cooked shiitake mushrooms, minced pork, or tuna filling is added in the middle, and a layer of rice flour mixture is poured on top. Once cooled, it becomes Guozi. When served, the Guozi is pan-fried in hot oil and topped with an egg, resulting in the delicious Guan Miao rice cake.
