Ke Yi Snack Introduction
Guozi, made primarily from rice, involves grinding rice into a flour, mixing it with water and sweet potato starch, and heating the mixture while stirring. The heated rice batter is then poured into small dishes, with stir-fried mushrooms, minced pork, or tuna placed in the center, and is covered with more rice batter on top. Once cooled, it solidifies into Guozi. When served, it is pan-fried in hot oil and topped with an egg, creating the delicious and tasty Guanmiao Rice Cake.
