Baozi Fuchiali Meatball Introduction
"Jiali Meatballs," originally known as "Baozi," were invented by Chen Jinfeng. The locals in Jiali refer to it as "Baozi Fu." After World War II, to distinguish it from buns, the name was changed to "Meatballs." Fresh pork is combined with dried bamboo shoots, yam beans, and dried shrimp for the filling, wrapped in a fragrant and chewy outer crust, deep-fried, and topped with garlic paste and cilantro. It's delicious and has gained widespread fame.
