Baozi Fuhua Li Meatballs Introduction
"Jiali Rouyuan," originally known as "Baozi," was invented by Chen Jinfu, and locals in Jiali refer to it as "Baozi Fu." After World War II, to distinguish it from steamed buns, it was renamed "Rouyuan." Fresh pork is combined with dried bamboo shoots, taro, and dried shrimp as filling, wrapped in a fragrant and chewy outer skin, deep-fried, and topped with garlic paste, cilantro, and other ingredients. It is delicious and renowned far and wide.
