Baozi Fuka Ji Meatballs Introduction
"Jiali Meatballs," originally named "Baozi," was invented by Chen Jinfuk, and is affectionately referred to as "Baozi Fu" by the locals in Jiali. After World War II, to distinguish it from buns and steamed bread, it was renamed "Meatballs." The filling consists of fresh pork, dried bamboo shoots, mung beans, and shrimp, all wrapped in a delicious, chewy outer layer. After being deep-fried, it is topped with garlic sauce, cilantro, and more, making it a tasty and renowned dish.
