Budai Aiyu Chiali Flagship Store Introduction
Our shop uses aiyu harvested from the natural wild aiyu farming areas on Alishan at an altitude of 1,000 to 1,800 meters, where the production is quite rare. The entire process of making aiyu is done by hand on-site, washed and sold fresh, allowing us to create aiyu with a rich texture that melts in your mouth—something that cannot be replaced by machines or chemical processing. We also select fresh local fruits to create our fruit jams, such as mulberries from Xinying, Tainan, passion fruits from Puli, green mangoes from Tainan's Yujing, pineapples from Guanmiao, and lemons from Jiuru, Pingtung, guaranteeing no preservatives or artificial flavors. Our fruit aiyu is different from the traditional single-flavor aiyu, offering a variety of choices and a multi-layered texture. We strive to provide consumers with a safe, natural, healthy, and guilt-free experience, which is our mission and goal.
