Meijiya Restaurant Introduction
The owner lived in Japan for over a decade and particularly enjoyed the relaxed times after work, hanging out with friends at izakayas to eat, drink, and chat. After returning to Taiwan, based on his experience in the restaurant industry in Japan, he established "Meiji-Ya" with the hope of introducing the Japanese "no menu" ordering style. This approach allows customers to enjoy food tailored to their preferences and seasonal fresh vegetables, all based on their sense of trust. Both the first and second floors are designed with a bar counter, catering to diverse dining styles, as the owner hopes that customers visiting will feel free and unrestrained.
