Lita Tofu Pudding (Jiali Store) Introduction
The small shop opened in 2009. Although it is not a long-established shop, it has gained recognition for its innovative flavors and quality ingredients, earning a good reputation in the surrounding area. It insists on using imported top-grade non-GMO soybeans for milling and handcrafted caramel syrup to create a smooth and delicate texture with a fragrant yet not overly sweet taste. Care is taken in the selection of ingredients, nutrition labeling, and standard operating procedures, all considered from the customer's perspective to strive for product perfection. There are also selections of tender grass jelly, herbal jelly tea, agar-agar with bird's nest, and unsweetened fresh soy milk available for purchase.
