"Shih Fang Hsuan" has established a reputation in Anding for over 40 years and has won the Excellent Award for Traditional Pastries. It was designated by the local district office as a gift for festivals, specifically recommending "A Lu Bo Sweet Potato Candy." Anding District was once part of the Siraya Plains indigenous group, known as the "Zhi Jialong" community, which was settled during the Zheng period with the hope of ensuring stability for development. "Su Cuo Li" was the battlefield where Qing Dynasty general Lan Ting-zhen defeated the rebel Zhu Yigui.
