Shih Fang Hsuan Peanut Brittle, Ma Hua Rolls Introduction
"Shih Fang Hsuan" has established a reputation for over 40 years in Anding and has won excellence awards for traditional pastries. It is designated as the gift of choice by the local township office during holidays, particularly for "Alu Po Sweet Potato Candy." Anding District was once the territory of the Siraya Pingpu tribe's subsidiary community "Zhi Jian Nong." The current place name was established during the Zheng period of reclamation, intended to create stability within the area for development. "Su Cuo Li" was the battlefield where General Lan Ting-zhen from the Qing Dynasty quelled the uprising of Zhu Yigui. Although only remnants of mango trees remain, this famous battle in Taiwan's history has left this place with rich legendary colors, and "Shih Fang Hsuan" is located within this legendary village!
