Shih Fang Hsuan Peanut Candy, Fried Dough Twist Introduction
"Shih Fang Hsuan" has been established for over 40 years in Anding, known for its excellent traditional pastries and has received awards for traditional sweets. The local district office even designated "Alu Bo Sweet Potato Candy" as a gift during holidays. Anding District was once the subordinate society "Jijialong" of the Siraya Plain Indigenous people's Mijialiwan community. The current name is based on the hope for stability and facilitation of expansion during the Zheng's rule period. "Su Cuo Li" was the battleground where General Lan Tingzhen suppressed Zhu Yigui during the Qing Dynasty. Although only remnants of mango trees remain, this famous battle in Taiwan's history still leaves a rich legendary aura in the area, and "Shih Fang Hsuan" is located in this legendary village!
