Shih Fang Hsuan Peanut Candy, Fried Dough Twist Introduction
"Shih Fang Hsuan" has established a reputation in Anding for over 40 years and has won awards for traditional pastries. During the New Year and festival seasons, the local district office has designated "A Lu Bo Sweet Potato Candy" as gifts. Anding District was once part of the Siraya Plains indigenous Makayaw settlement known as "Chih Ka Nong." The name was set during the Zheng Chenggong period to signify stability within the area for better development. "Su Cuo Li" was the battlefield where Qing Dynasty general Lan Tingzhen defeated Zhu Yigui, and although only mango trees remain as remnants, this notable battle in Taiwanese history has left a rich legendary aura in the area, where "Shih Fang Hsuan" is located!
