Hsin Yu Xiang has been in operation for over 50 years. Its crispy and dense fried twisted dough sticks have gained widespread fame through word of mouth. The production process strictly follows traditional methods, undergoing eight hours of natural fermentation without the addition of artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. Each piece is handmade, twisted into shape, and deep-fried in large pots, then coated with the most natural preservative—sugar—resulting in shiny, handcrafted twisted dough sticks.
