Xikou Traditional Pig Blood Soup Introduction
Xikou Traditional Pig’s Blood Soup, located on Zhongxiao Street in Xikou Township, is a nostalgic delicacy that has been passed down for over sixty years in Xikou. Originally run by Ms. Zheng Furong and her husband, this stall has become a local favorite due to its rich flavors and generous portions, even though it started as a roadside cart. After decades of serving the community, it has become a beloved part of daily life for residents of Xikou. To ensure the continuation of this beloved taste, the Zheng couple handed over the stall to their brother and sister-in-law before retiring. The current chef, Ms. Wu Qionghui, maintains the traditional methods, allowing this classic Xikou snack to continue delighting many food lovers.
