Xikou Ice Shop Introduction
Established in 1994, Xikou Ice Shop was originally opened by the owner to take care of their children while running a bubble tea business at home. Later, in August 1994, it was transformed into an ice shop. To provide the best desserts for customers, the owner still insists on manually cooking various ingredients every day, even using firewood to prepare the syrup, hoping that every bite customers take will have a naturally refreshing taste. Currently, the shop offers a variety of icy treats, including shaved ice, egg soft ice, snowflake ice, and lemon slush. When visiting Xikou, be sure to try them out.
