In order to learn the craft of meatball making, he worked hard to gather NT$30,000 to apprentice in Xinguang. Due to his advanced age, the business is now run by the second generation, Mr. Sun Jiangming. <br/>This nearly 45-year-old establishment produces meatballs with a chewy exterior and substantial filling, and the sauce is made by simmering glutinous rice with sugar. The flavor is enhanced when paired with a bowl of the restaurant's bonito soup.
