The owner, Lin Bing-hui, gave up his urban life in the construction industry for the sake of his elderly parents and founded "Hsi Lung Tea Factory" in 1987. Hsi Lung Tea is committed to making every cup of tea the best it can be, using a unique crafting method and hand-rolling tea cakes, making them a distinctive specialty of Hsi Lung and a must-visit place for both domestic and international tourists to experience tea cakes. With over thirty years of experience in the tea industry, the owner offers original tea varieties, passing down the tastes cherished by tea lovers from ancestral times. The hand-rolled tea cakes help everyone understand traditional tea rolling techniques. The Xi Yun tea series is available for pre-order to have tea cakes delicately wrapped in calligraphy, with aging enhancing their aromatic quality. The tea varieties include Oolong tea, Jin Xuan tea, and Shih tea, and guided tours are offered for customers to learn how to distinguish between different tea types. The factory's interior and exterior walls are richly painted, waiting for you to take photos and share stories.
