With over thirty years of experience in the tea industry, the owner cultivates native tea varieties, passing on the flavors cherished by tea lovers from our ancestors. The团茶 production process showcases traditional hand-rolling techniques, and the Xi Yun Tea series requires reservations for making团茶, wrapped in calligraphy, with depth of flavor increasing over time. Tea varieties include Oolong tea, Jin Xuan tea, and Shih tea, and guided tours are available to help guests learn how to differentiate between different types of tea.
