Xulong Tea Factory is the only tea factory in the Alishan area that preserves traditional ball-shaped tea. The owner, Lin Binghui, gave up his urban life in the construction industry for the sake of his elderly parents and established "Xulong Tea Factory" in 1987. Xulong Tea Factory is committed to making each cup of good tea with unique techniques and hand-rolled ball tea, making it a must-visit destination for domestic and international tourists to experience this exclusive tea product. With over thirty years of experience, the owner cultivates indigenous tea varieties and shares the traditional tastes of our ancestors, allowing tea lovers to understand the art of traditional tea rolling. The Xiyun Tea series offers ball tea rolled with calligraphy, which becomes more aromatic the longer it is aged. The tea varieties include Oolong, Jinxuan, and indigenous tea, and guided tours are available for customers to learn how to distinguish between different tea types. The factory's walls are adorned with rich murals, perfect for photography and storytelling.
