Tiger Oil Rice Introduction

Tiger Oil Rice - Flavor in Every Grain Founded in 1962, the restaurant is currently run by the second generation, Huang Hui-Juan. The name "Tiger" comes from the childhood nickname of the first-generation owner, Huang Mao-Yan. It is said that during his early crawling days, he resembled a lively little tiger. As he grew up, he became known for his intelligence and bravery, and most people called him "Tiger Grandpa." Later, when he started the oil rice business, the name seemed perfect. As the saying goes, "Delicious food is worth coming back for," and with such a unique name, it has attracted both locals and visitors alike.
