From selecting ingredients to cooking, the current owner, Mr. Huang Min-hsin, always insists on providing the best quality for customers. The light and refreshing "Bean Sprout Noodles," with chewy noodles paired with low-calorie, high-nutrition fresh bean sprouts, topped with a unique soy sauce, completes our signature dish—just 15 NTD for a bowl of "Bean Sprout Noodles." The "Meat Dish," crafted from a secret recipe passed down from master chefs, is also a must-try delicacy for customers.
