From selecting ingredients to cooking, the current owner Mr. Huang Min-Hsin has always insisted on providing the best quality for his customers. The light and refreshing “Bean Sprout Noodles” feature chewy noodles paired with low-calorie, high-nutrition fresh bean sprouts, all topped with a unique soy sauce. This completes the shop's signature dish—“Bean Sprout Noodles,” which only costs 15 NTD. The “Meat Plate,” made from a secret recipe passed down from the master chef, is also a must-try dish for customers.
