From selecting ingredients to cooking, the current owner, Mr. Huang Min-hsin, always insists on providing the best quality for customers. The light and refreshing "Douca Noodles" have a chewy texture, paired with low-calorie, nutrient-rich fresh bean sprouts, topped with a unique soy sauce, resulting in the shop's signature dish—"Douca Noodles," which costs only NT$15. The "Meat Dish," made from a unique secret recipe passed down from master cooks, is also a must-try for customers.
