Jinluan Cuisine Introduction
Jinluan, who married and moved from Vietnam to Taiwan, has put down roots in Dulan, Taitung, bringing along the delicious flavors and skills from her hometown to the exotic and diverse Dulan township. Unlike typical Vietnamese restaurants, the boss's creativity and dedication are evident throughout the shop. Besides inviting local artists from Dulan to paint the shop's sign and create unique mosaic tiles, Jinluan has also diligently self-taught Chinese and actively manages her personal and shop's Facebook; her friendly attitude, clean dining environment, and the rich, refreshing, and sweet-and-sour flavors of her Vietnamese dishes have earned her great affection from both local and visiting friends. The menu is diverse, including classic Vietnamese spring rolls, pho, rice noodles, soups, and the drink menu features unique juices and the Vietnamese exclusive condensed milk coffee. Recently, they have also launched a homemade souvenir - "original sweet potato chips." With affordable prices and generous portions, all customers who have dined here rave about their experience!
