Jinluan Cuisine Introduction
Jing Luan, who moved to Taiwan from Vietnam, has rooted herself in Dulan, Taitung, bringing along her hometown's excellent culinary skills and flavors to this exotic and culturally diverse small town. Unlike typical Vietnamese restaurants, the creativity and dedication of the owner are visible throughout the establishment. In addition to inviting local Dulan artists to paint the shop's signage and create unique mosaic tiles, Jing Luan has also put in the effort to teach herself Chinese and manages personal and shop Facebook pages with care. Her friendly attitude, clean dining environment, and the richly flavored, refreshing, and sweet-and-sour blended Vietnamese cuisine have made her popular among both local and visiting friends. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, including classic Vietnamese spring rolls, pho, rice noodles, soups, and also features drinks such as unique fruit juices and the distinctly Vietnamese condensed milk coffee. Recently, they have also launched a homemade souvenir – "original sweet potato crispy." With affordable prices and generous portions, satisfied customers can't help but sing praises!
