Jingluan Cuisine Introduction
Jin Luan, who married Taiwan from Vietnam, has taken root in Taitung's Dulan and brought the delicious flavors and great skills from her hometown to the exotic and diverse Dulan Township in Taitung. Unlike typical Vietnamese restaurants, the shop showcases the creativity and dedication of the owner everywhere. In addition to inviting local artists from Dulan to paint the shop sign and create mosaic tiled features, Jin Luan also self-taught Chinese and diligently manages a Facebook for both herself and the shop. With a friendly attitude, a clean dining environment, and rich, refreshing Vietnamese dishes that blend sweet and sour flavors, the restaurant has gained deep affection from both local and visiting friends. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes, including classic Vietnamese spring rolls, pho, rice noodles, soups, and beverages that feature unique fruit juices and Vietnamese condensed milk coffee. Recently, they also introduced homemade souvenirs - "Original Sweet Potato Crisps." With affordable prices and generous portions, everyone who has dined there speaks highly of it!
