Jinluan Cuisine Introduction
Ying-Luan, who came to Taiwan from Vietnam, has rooted herself in the vibrant and diverse town of Dulan in Taitung, bringing along the delightful flavors and skills from her hometown. Unlike typical Vietnamese restaurants, this place showcases the owner's creativity and dedication everywhere you look. In addition to collaborating with local artists to paint the shop's sign and create unique mosaic tiles, Ying-Luan has also diligently taught herself Chinese and actively manages her personal and shop's Facebook pages. The friendly atmosphere, clean dining environment, and Vietnamese cuisine that is rich in flavor and a refreshing blend of sour and sweet notes have won the hearts of both locals and visitors alike. The menu is diverse, featuring classic Vietnamese dishes such as spring rolls, pho, rice noodles, and soups, while beverages include unique juices and the famous Vietnamese milk coffee. Recently, they also launched a homemade souvenir – the "Original Sweet Potato Crisp." Due to its affordable prices and generous portions, the restaurant receives rave reviews from all who dine there!
