Jinluan Gourmet Introduction
Jingluan, who married from Vietnam to Taiwan, has settled down in Dulan, Taitung, bringing the delicious flavors and skills from her hometown to the exotic and diverse town of Dulan. Unlike typical Vietnamese restaurants, the creativity and effort of the owner can be seen throughout the shop. In addition to inviting local artists from Dulan to paint the shop's sign and create unique mosaic tiles, Jingluan has also self-studied Chinese and diligently managed her personal and shop's Facebook; her friendly attitude, clean dining environment, and the rich, refreshing, and sweet-and-sour Vietnamese dishes are deeply loved by both local and visiting friends. The menu offers a variety of dishes, including classic Vietnamese spring rolls, pho, rice noodles, and soups. The drink options include unique fruit juices and the distinctive Vietnamese condensed milk coffee, along with a newly launched homemade souvenir – "Original Sweet Potato Chips."
