Jin Luan, who married from Vietnam to Taiwan, has settled in the charming town of Dulan in Taitung, bringing along the delightful flavors and culinary skills from her hometown. In addition to inviting local Dulan artists to paint signs and create unique mosaic-tiled features, Jin Luan has also made efforts to self-study Chinese and actively manage her personal and restaurant Facebook pages.
