Fresh Cuisine Ocean Food Culture Museum (Tourist Factory) Introduction
Taiwan is a beautiful island surrounded by the ocean. In the vibrant small fishing village of Linbian in southern Taiwan, a group of fishermen rely on the sea for their livelihood. The abundant catch has brought wealth to the community and, in celebration, inspired many to explore various culinary techniques for preparing fresh seafood. To share the exquisite flavors of Linbian's seafood with more friends, "Fresh Delicacies Path," developed by the long-established Zhengyi Foods, was born! The philosophy of "Fresh Delicacies Path" is to use the freshest ingredients and to slowly roast them over time to perfectly showcase the delightful flavors of the ocean, full of human warmth!
