Every year from April to June, the Dapeng Bay Sailing Series is held, combining sports and tourism, actively promoting water activities in Taiwan and establishing a reputation as a representative sailing base in the country. To escape the scorching heat by the sea, a sailing café is also set up by the beach, offering coffee, cold drinks, and light meals.
