Qifeng Wetlands Introduction
Qifeng Wetland is located southeast of Dapeng Bay, adjacent to the Qifeng Community, covering an area of approximately 9.5 hectares. The northern side of the park connects to the inlet, receiving outflow from the Linbian drainage left wetland and then channels it into Dapeng Bay. Qifeng Wetland is designed as an ecological retention pond and incorporates an artificial wetland treatment system. During the rainy season, it can perform flood retention functions, while in the non-rainy season, it processes domestic sewage and aquaculture wastewater from the Qifeng Community. Bird species seen in the wetland include the Great Egret, Intermediate Egret, Cattle Egret, Pacific Golden Plover, Curlew Sandpiper, Black-winged Stilt, and Little Egret.
