Old School Tea House Introduction
The Windmill Old-fashioned Tea House is located in the Bihu Tea Area, at an elevation of approximately 1,200 meters, surrounded by mist. The name "Old-fashioned" reflects the owner's adherence to traditional tea rolling and roasting methods, prioritizing quality over quantity, and only producing and selling their own tea, being as stubborn and persistent as the name suggests. In recent years, the owner’s wife has sought to transform the business to include dining, adding tea-themed elements to the previous tea-picking worker meals, offering visitors a chance to taste them.
