Fujian-style Scallion Pie Introduction
Located in Jinsha Township, Kinmen, this shop specializes in Min-style biscuits and has a history of over thirty years. It is said that one cannot truly say they have been to Kinmen without trying these biscuits. The biscuits were an early breakfast choice for the people of Kinmen and a favorite among soldiers, who would bring them back to Taiwan, gradually becoming a popular souvenir. What makes these biscuits delicious is their crispy skin and soft filling, available in both sweet and savory varieties, with each costing twelve NTD (ten pieces per box). They are sold from morning until around five or six in the afternoon, with fresh ones coming out around two-thirty.
