Min-style Sesame Cake Introduction

Located in Jinsha Township, Kinmen, this shop specializes in Fujian-style sesame flatbreads and has a history of more than thirty years. Some say that a trip to Kinmen isn't complete without trying these flatbreads. The flatbread was an early breakfast for the people of Kinmen and a favorite among soldiers, who would bring them back to Taiwan as souvenirs. The deliciousness of these flatbreads lies in their crispy skin and soft filling, with both sweet and savory flavors available. Each flatbread, whether sweet or savory, costs twelve NT dollars (ten pieces per box) and is sold from morning until around five or six in the afternoon, with fresh batches coming out around two-thirty in the afternoon.
