Min-style sesame biscuit Introduction

Located in the Jinsha Township of Kinmen, this Min-style sesame flatbread specialty store has a history of over thirty years. Some say that visiting Kinmen without trying Min-style sesame flatbread means you haven't truly been to Kinmen. The flatbread was an early breakfast for the people of Kinmen and a favorite among the soldiers, who would bring it back to Taiwan. Over time, it has become a popular souvenir. The deliciousness of this flatbread comes from its crispy skin and soft filling, and it is available in two flavors: sweet and savory, both equally tasty. Each savory and sweet flatbread costs twelve NT dollars (ten pieces per box), available from morning until around five or six in the afternoon, with fresh batches coming out around two-thirty in the afternoon.
