Babu Italian Coffee Shop Introduction
In the late 1990s, 7-Eleven entered Kinmen, making it difficult for grocery stores to survive, so they transformed into Italian coffee shops. In addition to Italian coffee, they also sell soy milk and tofu pudding, and recently added high sorghum pickled cabbage dumplings to their menu. The tofu pudding and its toppings are all made by the store itself, while the high sorghum pickled cabbage dumplings are made using the local specialty of high sorghum pickled cabbage, with no added seasonings. Each dumpling is plump and round, and its unique flavor is definitely worth a try for food enthusiasts.
