Babu Italian Cafe Introduction
In the late 1990s, 7-11 entered Kinmen, making it difficult for grocery stores to survive, leading them to transform into Italian coffee shops. In addition to Italian coffee, they also sell soybean milk and tofu pudding, and recently introduced sorghum pickled cabbage dumplings. The tofu pudding and its toppings are all made in-house, while the sorghum pickled cabbage dumplings are made with the local specialty sorghum pickled cabbage, and no seasoning is added. Each dumpling is plump and round, offering a unique flavor that is worth trying for food enthusiasts.
