Babu Italian Coffee Shop Introduction
In the late 1990s, 7-11 established a presence in Kinmen, making it difficult for grocery stores to survive, which led to a transformation into an Italian coffee shop. In addition to Italian coffee, the shop also sells soybean milk and douhua (tofu pudding), and recently added sorghum pickled cabbage dumplings to the menu. The douhua and its toppings are all made in-house, while the sorghum pickled cabbage dumplings are made using Kinmen's specialty sorghum pickled cabbage, without any added seasonings. Each dumpling is plump and round, and its unique flavor is definitely worth a try for food enthusiasts.
