Babu Italian Café Introduction
In the 1980s, when 7-11 entered Kinmen, grocery stores faced tough competition, leading to a transformation into an Italian coffee shop. Besides Italian coffee, the shop also offers soy milk and douhua (tofu pudding), and recently introduced sorghum pickled cabbage dumplings. The douhua and its toppings are made entirely in-house, while the sorghum pickled cabbage dumplings are crafted using local Kinmen specialty sorghum pickled cabbage, with no additional seasoning added. Each dumpling is plump and round, and its unique flavor is a must-try for food enthusiasts.
