Babu Italian Coffee Shop Introduction
In the 1980s, 7-11 entered Kinmen, making it difficult for grocery stores to survive, prompting a transformation into an Italian coffee shop. In addition to Italian coffee, the shop offers soybean milk and tofu pudding, and recently added sorghum pickled cabbage dumplings. The tofu pudding and all its ingredients are made by the shop itself, while the sorghum pickled cabbage dumplings are made with the local specialty, sorghum pickled cabbage, without any added seasonings. Each dumpling is plump and round, and its unique flavor is worth trying for food enthusiasts.
