Babu Italian Cafe Introduction
In the late 1990s, 7-11 entered Kinmen, making it difficult for grocery stores to survive, so they transformed into Italian coffee shops. In addition to Italian coffee, they also sell soy milk and tofu pudding, and recently added sorghum pickled cabbage dumplings. The tofu pudding and its toppings are all made by the shop itself, while the dumplings are made with the local specialty sorghum pickled cabbage, without any added seasonings. Each dumpling is plump and round, with a unique flavor that is worth a try for food lovers.
