Baboo Italian Cafe Introduction
In the late 1990s, 7-Eleven entered Kinmen, making it difficult for grocery stores to survive, leading to a transformation into an Italian coffee shop. In addition to Italian coffee, they also serve soy milk and tofu pudding, and recently added Kweichow sour cabbage dumplings. The tofu pudding and all its toppings are made in-house, while the Kweichow sour cabbage dumplings are made with the local specialty Kweichow sour cabbage and contain no seasoning. Each dumpling is plump and round, and the unique flavor is worth trying for food lovers.
