Chun Ying Building Introduction
This is a historic traditional restaurant in Kinmen, primarily catering to local regulars. It is currently the largest banquet restaurant in Jinda Town and was once the favorite venue for military officers and soldiers in the Jindong area. Chunyin Pavilion has an overall grand and comfortable ambiance, with spacious surroundings. The ingredients focus on local Kinmen produce and seafood, with each dish generously portioned and made from high-quality materials, exuding a genuine homestyle flavor. The boiled chicken at Chunyin Pavilion uses local Kinmen native chicken marinated in sorghum liquor, resulting in sweet and tender meat with a rich sorghum aroma. A variety of fresh seafood dishes have also long been favored by military comrades, and it is known as a collection of private recipes from the Kinmen Defense Command.
