Chun Ying Lou Introduction
This is a historic traditional restaurant in Kinmen, primarily serving local regulars. It is currently the largest banquet restaurant in Jinsha Township and was once the favorite venue for officers and soldiers in the Jindong area. Chunyingle has a grand and comfortable overall ambience, with spacious facilities. The ingredients are mainly sourced from Kinmen and seafood, and each dish is generously portioned and made with real ingredients, exuding a homely flavor. The white-cut chicken at Chunyingle uses locally sourced native chicken, marinated in sorghum wine, resulting in sweet meat with a rich aroma of sorghum. Various fresh seafood dishes have long been popular among military comrades, reputed to be a collection of signature dishes from the Kinmen Defense Command.
