Chun Ying Lou Introduction
This is a historical traditional restaurant in Kinmen, primarily frequented by local regulars. It is the largest banquet restaurant in Jincheng Township and was once the favorite banquet venue for military personnel in the Jindong area. Qunying Building presents an impressive and comfortable atmosphere, spacious interiors, and emphasizes local ingredients and seafood. Each dish is generously portioned and made with authentic ingredients, exuding a homely flavor. The white cut chicken at Qunying Building uses locally sourced indigenous chicken marinated in sorghum liquor, resulting in sweet meat infused with a rich aroma of sorghum liquor. Various fresh seafood dishes have long been favored by military comrades and are known as a collection of secret recipes from the Kinmen Defense Command.
