Chun Ying Lou Introduction
This is a historic traditional restaurant in Kinmen, primarily serving local regulars. It is currently the largest banquet restaurant in Jinsan Town and was once the favorite banquet venue for military personnel in the Jindong area. The overall ambiance of Qunying Tower is impressive and comfortable, with spacious surroundings. The ingredients are mainly sourced from Kinmen and seafood, and each dish is substantial and made with genuine ingredients, offering a homely and authentic flavor. Qunying Tower's poached chicken uses locally sourced native chicken marinated in sorghum wine, resulting in sweet meat enriched with the aroma of sorghum wine. Various fresh seafood dishes have long been popular among military comrades and are known as the collection of private dishes from the Kinmen Defense Command.
