Chun Ying Lou Introduction
This is a historic traditional restaurant in Kinmen, primarily frequented by local regulars. It is currently the largest banquet restaurant in Jinxia Town and was once the favorite banquet venue for military personnel in the Jindong area. Qunying Lou boasts an overall majestic and comfortable atmosphere, with spacious surroundings. The ingredients are mainly sourced locally from Kinmen and include seafood, with each dish being generous in portion and made with quality ingredients, exuding a homely and authentic taste. The white cut chicken at Qunying Lou uses local free-range chicken marinated in sorghum liquor, resulting in sweet meat rich in the aroma of the liquor. Various fresh seafood dishes have long been favored by military comrades, and it is said to be a collection of the private recipes from the Kinmen Defense Command.
