San Bao Vegetarian Restaurant Introduction

San Bao Zhai Bakery is located on Mofan Street, owned by Guo Wenli, who has been making Shaobing for over 20 years. The delicious local flavor has been continuously improved over three generations in his family. The name "San Bao Zhai" was chosen because he has three precious daughters, and the local ceramic artist Wang Mingzong helped him name the store. The pastries are made entirely by hand, ensuring freshness and deliciousness. They are fragrant and sweet-smelling, and when tasted, they are crispy and soft. The main features include high-quality ingredients, with an egg wash on the dough. Even when cooled, the shaobing remains crispy, and the entire process is completed by hand, baked slowly over low heat. For the sweet flavor: it has a cross-section similar to a thousand-layer pastry, truly crispy, and often results in crumbs if not careful. The texture is very solid, with a malty aroma, and filled with brown sugar making it sweet and refreshing. For the savory flavor: it uses pork leg meat and spring onions, crafted with a unique recipe, catering to health needs without adding flavorings. The juiciness, saltiness, and texture of the meat filling are worth trying.
