I have a dream of pursuing my ideals freely. I have a wish to possess endless wisdom and creativity to create my own space. I have a determination to fulfill my responsibility and role in preserving my culture. I am a traditional Amis woman with a kind heart, always eager to help others. Once, I developed an inexplicable interest in traditional weaving that I couldn't resist. Weaving is an important cultural symbol in Amis traditional life, representing the beauty and wisdom passed down by our ancestors. Preservation is a heavy task; it is a responsibility, a promise to our ancestors, and a reminder to future generations. Only through continuous preservation can we achieve high-quality works. From traditional weaving to weaving with pandanus leaves, I have discovered their beauty and realized how astonishing the wisdom of the Amis people is.
