Jinsha Old Tavern Introduction
In recent years, local residents and the government have jointly advocated for "settlement preservation," designating Jinsha as a preservation area. The government has funded the repair of the dilapidated old houses, while local residents have pooled resources for decoration and management. The "Old Wine Workshop," full of nostalgic charm, is the only place in the village where one can taste local delicacies and enjoy a leisurely break. The restaurant specializes in affordable travel meals priced at NT$2,000, NT$2,500, and NT$3,000, accommodating up to 10 tables for group dining (eight dishes, one soup, and one drink) as well as à la carte ordering.
