Jinsha Old Distillery Tavern Introduction
In recent years, local residents and the government have jointly advocated for "settlement preservation," designating Jinsa as a settlement preservation area. The government has invested in repairing dilapidated old houses, while local residents have pooled resources to decorate and manage the uniquely nostalgic "Old Wine Workshop," which is the only place in the village to enjoy local cuisine and relax. It offers affordable travel meals priced at NT$2000, NT$2500, and NT$3000 per table, accommodating 10 tables for group dining (eight dishes, one soup, and one drink) as well as à la carte options.
